Mr. Erkki Liikanen, Chairman of the Bank of Finland hosted the Consular Corps at the beautiful Central Bank Building in Helsinki. The afternoon included two very actual presentations about the economy, Finland, Russia and Europe Union and was closed with a guided tour showing the outstanding art collections.
